4 cl STRATO

8 cl of a quality tonic (ideally FEVER-TREE)

garnish with an orange zest

6 cl STRATO

2.5 cl Verjuice (Ideally Verjus du Siorac)

1 cl simple syrup

Shake all the ingredients with ice cubes

Filter into a cocktail glass

THE ESPRESSO STRATO

5 cl STRATO

3 cl Espresso

1 cl simple syrup

Shake all the ingredients with ice cubes

Filter into a cocktail glass

5 cl STRATO

2 cl egg white

2 cl lemon juice

1.5 cl simple syrup

Shake all the ingredients with ice cubes, and then another time without ice.

Filter into a cocktail glass
